Carnaval do Raízes
If circumstance allow us, the Brazilian Carnival party for children and families is a joyful way to celebrate the most famous popular celebration of Brazil.
Samba, Frevo, Axe music lead the party!
Arraial do Raízes
Festa Junina is traditional celebration of corn harvest. The unique cuisine and Forro music take all of us back to our origins. Through tastes and sounds our children experience our memories and their culture.
Brazilian Children's Day
On the 12th of October, the day of Nossa Senhora de Aparecida, the Saint, is also the day we celebrate childhood. ABRASSO and Raízes recreate this day as the day of Multilingual children to celebrate culture and languages. The Brazilian community of QLD work together to make this a very special day for our children.
